1 large onion, minced
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. canned green beans, drained
10 oz. can Tomato soup
5 medium potatoes, cooked
1/2 cup milk
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 cup Cheddar cheese, grated
Directions:
Directions:
Brown onion and meat. Add green beans and soup. Mix thoroughly and pour into a greased baking dish. Mash potatoes and add milk, egg, and seasonings. Drop mashed potatoes in mounds over meat. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes. Add cheese on top for the last 5 minutes, just long enough to melt.
