1 lb. tenderloin, cut into 1/4-1/2" strips
2 T. flour
1/4 tsp. pepper
Dash salt
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup minced onion
1/4 cup water
1 cup undiluted condensed chicken broth
1 lb. sliced washed mushrooms (saute in butter and add later)
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup white wine (Sauterne or Chablis)
Minced fresh parsley

Directions:

Brown onions in butter. Remove and reserve for later. Combine flour, salt, pepper, and garlic. Coat meat with flour mixture, and brown in Dutch oven. Remove meat when brown, and add water. Stir to dissolve meat drippings. Return meat to pan; cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Add broth and mushrooms. Cook for 1-1/4 hours on low heat. Just before serving, add sour cream and wine, and sprinkle with parsley.
