10 slices white bread
1/2 lb. bacon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 lb. grated cheese
6 eggs
3 cups milk

Directions:
Directions:
Trim the crust from the bread and cut into 1" cubes. Fry and crumble the bacon. Lay the bread, bacon, and cheese in a 9" x 13" casserole. Beat the eggs, and add the milk and salt. Pour the milk mixture over the bread and refrigerate overnight. Remove casserole from refrigerator at least 30 minutes before baking at 350º for 40 to 45 minutes.
