1 32oz pkg. shredded hash browns,
1/4 c. melted butter or margarine,
1 can cream of chicken soup (or cream of mushroom),
1/2 cup milk,
1 pint sour cream,
2 c. grated cheddar cheese,
salt, pepper,
1 c. crhsed corn flakes,
1/4 c. butter or margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Put frozen or thawed hashbrowns into greased 9x11" cake pan. In a bowl mix melted butter, soup, milk, sour cream, salt & pepper and cheese. Pour over hash browns and mix thoroughly into potatoes. In a small bowl mix corn flakes and 1/4 c. melted butter. Sprinkle on top. Bake 350 º for 35-40 min. till bubbly.
