Ask you butcher how many lbs you need for the nunber of people you are feeding.
4 oz Liquid Smoke
Onion Salt
Garlic Salt
Celery Salt
Meat Tenderizer
1/4 cup Worchtershire Sauce
1 T Hot Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle both sides of brisket with salt and tenderizer. Rub into the meat. Pour liquid smoke and cover. Refrigerate overnight.

Next day, pour worchtershire sauce and hot sauce over meat. Roast Brisket, fat side up and covered in roasting pan @275º for 5 hours.

While still warm, use forks to shred beef. Reserve liquid to be spooned over beef or added to BBQ sauce. Serve BBQ sauce on side or add to beef as desired.
