1.5 lb hamburger
1/4 c Chopped Onion
1/2 c cracker crumbs
1/4 tsp pepper
1 egg, slightly beaten
1.5 c ketchup
1/2 tsp salt
Directions:
Directions:
Mix beef, salt, onion, crumbs, pepper,egg, and 1 c ketchup. Form into loaf. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Remove excess grease. Pour remaining ketchup over top. Bake 5-10 minutes more.

BBQ sauce can be substitued for ketchup for the top layer.
