Pre-heat oven to 350 deg

1 cup of chopped pecans
1/2 cup of light or dark corn syrup
2 TBSP oleo or butter, softened
2 cups Bisquick baking mix
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:

Mix pecans, corn syrup & oleo in ungreased round pan, 9x11/2 in. Spread to cover bottom of pan.
Mix remaining ingredients and beat 30 sec. then spread over pecan mixture.
Bake until golden brown and test for doneness with a toothpick.
After 30 min. loosen from pan and invert on serving plate.
