1 can of cream style corn
1 cup of whole kernel corn
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup soda crackers, crumbled
1/4 cup melted butter or oleo
1/4 cup evaporated milk
1/4 cup of carrots, chopped fine
1 TBSP green pepper, chopped fine
1 TBSP celery, chopped fine
1 TBSP onion, chopped fine
8 drops Tabasco sauce
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, grated

Directions:

Mix all together in 8"x 8" casserole dish and bake at 350 deg for 30min, top with grated cheese and return to oven until cheese is melted.
