2-3 chicken , cubed
2 garlic cloves, minced (or 1 tsp garlic salt)
2 TBS olive oil
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp basil
1/2 tsp poultry seasoning (or all-purpose seasoning)
pinch crushed red pepper flakes
2 c. spinach (frozen)
1 c. canned tomatoes (with juice)
1 can Great Northern beans (the white ones)
1 carrot, grated
1 c. cream (or milk)
1 tsp corn starch
Romano cheese (grated)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken in olive oil. Add garlic and spices. Stir well. Add spinach, tomatoes, and beans. Simmer 5 minutes. In separate bowl, mix cream and corn starch. Stir into chicken mixture. Cook until slightly thickened. Grate romano cheese on top.

Tastes great with cheesy breadsticks! (I used the Pizza dough recipe sprinkled with mozzerella and romano cheese. Also tastes great with rice pasta.
