2 medium potatoes (about 2 cups)
½ cup milk
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
¼ teaspoon salt

Directions:
Directions:
Start heating water in a 1 ½ quart or larger pan.

Removing the eyes, but leaving the skins on, slice the potatoes about ½” thick.
Boil for about 15 minutes. (A fork should easily push through the slice.)
Drain off the water.

Add milk, butter and salt.
Mash until creamy.
