3/4 cup shortening
2/3 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar (not packed)
3 eggs
2 tsp vanilla

2 3/4 cup flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2/3 cup smarties
Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 5 ingredients and mix with hand mixer.
Add in dry ingredients and continue to mix with mixer.
Add smarties and stir.
Bake at 380º for 9 min.

These cookies are my signature recipe!! Sometimes I find I add a bit more flour as you don't want them to come out flat!!
