Put into a blender:
1 cup milk (non-fat is great)
½ cup concentrated orange juice, either thawed or frozen
½ frozen banana
5 ice cubes
1 tablespoon vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Blend until smooth.

Options:
You can use yogurt in place of milk.
For an even thicker and colder smoothie, add three more ice cubes.
For more zest, serve in a glass you have kept in the freezer.

If you make these on a regular basis, it helps to keep a container of (peeled) frozen bananas in the freezer.
