2 Lbs. Mushrooms - Washed and de-stemmed
Mix together:
6 Tablespoons butter
1 8 oz. of soften cream cheese
1/2 cup Blue Cheese
2 Tablespoon chopped onions

Directions:

Stuff mushrooms with mixture and broil under broiler until golden brown.

I usually salt and butter pan before I put mushroom caps on it.
