cabbage, ham hocks, navy beans, garlic salt, salt and pepper.

take a head of cabbage chopped up in mouth size pieces, put in a pot of water, just enough to cover cabbage, add water as it cooks down, then add your ham hocks, 1 table spoon of salt, 1 table spoon of pepper, and garlic salt to taste, then add one can of navy beans, cook until tender.
