1 lb dried Apricots
3 T Lemon Juice
1 #2 can crushed Pineapple
3/4 cup Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Wash the apricots, cover with water and soak overnight. Drain apricots and reserve juice. Chop or grind apricots. to apricots and juice, add pineapple, lemon juice and sugar. Boil 15 min. stiring frequently. Place in clean jars and seal.
