1 box Duncan Hines Yellow Cake Mix
1 stick Butter
1 Egg
1 box Powdered Sugar
8oz Softened Cream Cheese
2 Eggs
Directions:
Directions:
Mix cake mix, butter and egg by hand then press into 9x13 pan - uncooled. Mix rest of ingredients together and pour onto cake mixutre.

Bake @ 350º for 35-45 min.
