3 Eggs
1 cup Sugar
1 cup Flour
1/2 t Salt
5 T cold Water
1 t Vanilla
1 t Baking Powder
Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs until thick and gradually beat in sugar. Mix water and vanilla together. Sift dry ingredients and add vanilla and egg mixture. Grease cookie sheet and put wax paper on cookie sheet and grease the wax paper. Pour batter in cookie sheet and bake @ 375º for 18 min. Turn out on dish towel that has been covered with powdered sugar. Roll up until cool. Open and spread jelly and re-roll.
