1 stick Margarine
1 cup sifted flour
1 cup chopped Nuts
6oz Philadelphia Cream Cheese-softened
1 cup Powdered Sugar
1 cup Cool Whip
2 1/4 cups Milk
1 3oz box Vanilla Instant Pudding
1 3oz box Chocolate Instant Pudding
Cool Whip

Directions:

Mix and press in bottom of a 9x13" pan margarine, flour and nuts. Bake @ 350º for 20 min. and let cool. Beat together cream cheese sugar and cool whip, spread over cooled crust. Beat together milk and puddings and spread over cheese mixture. Top with cool whip and let set in ice box for 24 hours.
