3/4 stick Butter
1 cup Flour
1/4 cup Powder Sugar
2 Eggs
1 cup Sugar
2 T Flour
2 T Lemon Juice
1/2 t grated Lemon Rind
Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter, flour and powder sugar and bake @ 350º for 15-20 min or until light brown. Mix rest of ingredients and pour over hot crust. Bake 15-20 min. until firm. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
