Cup Cake Papers
Vanilla Wafers
2 8oz pkgs Cream Cheese-softened
3/4 cup Sugar
2 Eggs
1 t Lemon Juice
1 t Vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Put in bottom of cup cake papers one vanilla wafer rounded side down. Mix ingredients and beat until smooth. fill cupcake 1/2 full with cheese mixture and bake @ 375º for 20 min. or when toothpick test is done. Cool then place 3-4 cherries on each tart from a can of cherry pie filling.
