1 cup Cooking Oil
2 cups Sugar
3 Eggs
1 jr size jar Plum Baby Food
1/2 t Food Color-red
2 cups Flour
1/2 t Soda & Baking Powder
1 t Cloves & Cinamon
Salt
1 cup chopped Nuts
Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 5 ingredients. Mix next 3 ingredients then add nuts. Mix all ingedients together and pour into greased and floured tube pan. Bake @ 350º for 40 min.

Glaze:
1 cup Powdered Sugar
2 1/2 T Lemon Juice
Food Coloring

Heat & stir till bubbles form and brush on cooled cake.
