3 cup Milk
2 boxes 4oz French Vanilla Instant Pudidng
Graham Crackers
8oz Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Butter 9x13 pann and line with whole graham crackers. Mix milk with pudding and fold in cool whip. Put 1/2 pudding over crackers and add layer of crackers then rest of pudding. Top with a layer of crackers.

Frosting:
4T cocoa
4 T Butter
2 t Vanilla
3/4 cup Powdered Sugar
2 t White Karo Syrup

Mix well, if too dry add a few drops of hot water to make spreadable. Spread on top of crackers and chill for 12 hour. Cut in squares and serve chilled.
