1 cup Butter-softened
1/2 cup shortening
3 cup sugar
1 8oz pkg Cream Cheese-softened
3 cups sifted Flour
6 Eggs
1 T Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and shortening, gradually add sugar then add cream cheese. Alternately add flour and eggs beginning and ending with flour. Stir in vanilla. Pour batter into greased and floured 10" tube and bake @ 325º for 1 hour and 15 min. Cool in pan 10 min then cool on wire rack.

Really good with hot toffee fudge sauce poured over each slice.
