1 box Duncan Hines Yellow Cake Mix
4 Eggs
1/2 cup Crisco Oil
1 can 11oz. Mandarin Oranges with liquid

Directions:
Directions:
Add eggs one at a time to cake mix then add crisco oil and mandarin oranges. Beat entire mixture 2 min. Pour batter into 9x13 sheet cake pan, lined with wax paper, buttered and floured. Bake @ 350º for 35-40 min. Use toothpick test. cool 10-20 min. in pan.

Icing:
8oz Cool Whip
sm box Vanilla Instant Pudding
20oz Crushed Pineapple and juice
1/2 cup Powdered Sugar

Combine all ingredients and let set for 5-10 min. Spread icing on cake that has been cooled and refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
