4 Eggs
2 cups Sugar
1 1/2 cup Wesson Oil
2 cup grated Carrots
Pinch of Salt
2 cup Flour
1 t Vanilla
1 t Soda
1 t Cinnamon
Directions:
Directions:
Mix first flour ingredients then add rest. Put in 3 round cake pans greased and floured.

Bake @350º for 25-30 min.

Icing:
large pkg Cream Cheese
1 stick Oleo
1 box Powder Sugar
1 t Vanilla
pinch Salt
1 cup chopped Nuts

Mix icing and put on cooled cake.
