3 lbs Shrimp
1 lg Onion
1 Bell Pepper
4 pods Okra
1 stick Oleo
1/2 cup Flour
4 cups Water
2 cans Tomato Sauce
1 can Rotel Tomatoes
2 T Salt
1 T Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion bell pepper and okra in oleo, add flour. Brown mixture then add water, tomato sauce, Rotel tomatoes, salt and sugar. simmer for 2 hours. Add shrimp and cook 10 min.

Serve over rice.
