3 cups of self-rising flour
3 cups of sugar
1/2 cup of dark brown sugar
1/2 cup of pecans
2-sticks of butter
6 eggs
1 teaspoon of vanilla flavoring
1 teaspoon of almond flavoring
cooking spray (Pam)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Add flour and sugar and mix together. In a separate bowl combine melted butter and eggs together. Then add butter mixture to flour mixtue. Mix thoroughly. Add flavorings to batter.

Spray a tube cake pan with Pam.

Add cake batter to pan. Sprinkle brown sugar on top of the batter then sprinkle pecans.

Bake for 45 min - 1 hour. Test with toothpick to ensure that cake is thoroughly baked.
