2 c flour
1 c butter
1/2 c confectioner's sugar
4 eggs
2 c granulated sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2/3 c fresh lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Beat together flour, butter, confectioners sugar. Press into 13 x 9 pan and bake 25-30 minutes. Beat eggs, granulated sugar, baking powder, salt and lemon juice in a small bowl. Pour over hot crust and bake 15 additional minutes. Sprinkle top with powdered sugar immediately after removing from oven. Cool and cut into squares.
