4 4-5oz Chicken Breasts
1 T Vegetable Oil
1/4 cup sliced celery
1 med Onion-sliced
1/4 cup sliced Water Chestnuts
1 cup Pea Pod
1 t Soy Sauce
1 cup Chicken Broth-may be cubes
1 T Cornstarch
2 T cold Water

Directions:
Directions:
Remove skin from cicken and cut into strips. Saute in oil. Add rest of ingredients except cornstarch and water. Cover and cook 5 min. Blend cornstarch and water and add to above. Cook and stir until thickened. Serve over rice with toasted sesame seeds. When I can't get pea pods, I use frozen English peas.
