1/4 c butter, melted
1 c brown sugar
1 egg
3/4 c flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 c pecans, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Mix butter, sugar and egg together in a medium sized bowl. In a separate bowl, mix together flour, baking powder and salt. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix, adding the vanilla and pecans. Spoon into a well-greased 8X8 baking pan and bake for 25 minutes.
