Crust:
1 c unsifted flour
1/2 c nuts, chopped
1/2 c butter or margarine, melted
2 tbsp sugar

Filling:
8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
1 c powdered sugar
9 oz pkg Cool Whip
1 5 1/2 oz pkg instant pudding (Chocolate, Lemon or Butterscotch)
2 1/2 c cold milk
1/2 c nuts, chopped

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Combine crust ingredients and press into a 9"X13" baking dish. Bake for 15 minutes. Cool completely. Blend cream cheese and powdered sugar; add 1 c Cool Whip. Spread over the cooled crust. Prepare pudding with the milk and pour over cream cheese filling. Refrigerate until firm. Spoon remaining Cool Whip over the pudding and spread evenly. Sprinkle nuts over the top. Chill before serving.
