1 c. pancetta (chopped)
1 small onion
4 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
1 bottle any type dark beer
1 c. tomato sauce
╝ brown sugar
3 tsp. molasses
6 tsp. Dijon mustard
3 cans cannelloni beans

SautÚ onion and garlic together. Add pancetta and cook.
Remove from the heat and add remaining ingredients. Mix together and put in a casserole dish.
Bake for 400 degrees for 45 minutes.
