1 cup raw rice
3-4 lbs chicken cut in 8th
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
4 oz can sliced mushrooms
2 cups water

Directions:
Directions:
Place rice in bottom of a roasting pan. Add chicken and sprinkle with onion soup.
Add mushrooms with liquid, and water. Bake covered at 325 for 1 hour or until tender
