Tenderloin
1 1pound pork tenderloin
salt
pepper
olive oil

Sauce
1/3 cup shallots chopped
cooking spray
1/2 cup apple sauce
1/2 cup apple cider
1/2 cup beef broth
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. 5 spice powder
1/4 tsp pepper
3 tbsp. fresh lemon juice

Tenderloin
Rub pork tenderloin with olive oil, salt and pepper.
Cook at 400ºF for 1/2 hour or until tender

Sauce
In sauce pan spray cooking spray and heat shallots until tender.
Stir in apple cider, apple sauce, beef broth, salt,
5 spice powder and pepper.
Cook 10 minutes or until reduced to 1 cup.
Stir in lemon juice.
