10-20 baby red or fingerling potatoes
1 1/2 tsp fresh crack black paper
1 1/2 tsp of Kosher salt
1/2 tsp of garlic
2 Tbsp parsley
olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and slice potatoes in half. Dry throughly. Lay a single layer on a large cookie sheet and add all seasoning. Splash with a few capfuls of olive oil and mix well. Bake at 350º for about 45 min. to an hour. Stir every 10-15 minutes to prevent sticking.

Can use vegetable oil instead of olive oil. Can add or delete any of the seasoning to suit your own tastes.
