4 cups spaghetti sauce
manicotti shells-fills 10-12

meat filling:
1/2 lb. ground meat
2 tbsp. oil
1-10oz. frozen chopped spinach cooked and well drained
1 1/2 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. parmesan cheese
1 medium onion, minced
1 cup soft bread, crumbs
3 eggs slightly beaten
1/4 tsp. pepper

Brown beef and onion in oil for 5 minutes. Blend with rest of ingredients. Cover bottom of 2 qt. baking dish with 1 cup sauce. Fill uncooked stuffed manicotti in a single layer in a 9x15 dish. Leave space between rows. Completely cover with remaining sauce. Add 1/2 cup water. Cover baking dish with foil and bake in 375 oven for 1 hour.
