1/4 c butter
1/4 c shortening
1/2 c sugar
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 c finely crushed potato chips
1/2 c finely chopped pecans
1 c flour
whole pecan halves

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, shortening and sugar. Add vanilla, potato chips and chopped nuts, stirring after each addition. Stir in flour, mixing in a little additonal flour if dough is too soft to handle. Form into 1" balls on ungreased cookie sheet and flatten with glass bottom dipped in sugar. Top with pecan half or sprinkle with colored sugar. Bake until lightly browned at 350º.
