3 lbs top sirloin, top round, or your favorite cut of beef- cut in bite size pieces
1 pkg dry onion soup mix
1/2 c water
2/3 c burgundy cooking wine
1 c cream of mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together. Do not brown meat. Put in 2 qt. covered casseerole and bake at 250º for 3 hours.
Do not open lid during cooking time.
Serve over buttered bow-tie pasta.
