1 can Eagle Brand milk
3 eggs, seperated
Juice of 3 lemons
graham cracker crust

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare graham cracker crust in pie dish.
Mix 1 can Eagle Brand milk, lemon juice, and egg yolks. Pour into pie crust. Beat egg whites til stiff adding 1/4 t cream of tartar.Add 6 T sugar gradually. Beat until stiff and glossy. Place meringue onto pie filling. Seal to edges. Bake at 375º til meringue is browned. Chill overnight in refrigerator.
