1 1/4 c crushed graham crackers
1/4 c sugar
1/4 c toasted pecans, chopped
1/4 c butter or margarine, melted
3 8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 c brown sugar
1 5 1/2 oz evaporated milk
2 T all purpose flour
1 1/2 t vanilla
3 eggs
1 c pecan halves, toasted
1 c dark corn syrup
1/4 c cornstarch
2 T brown sugar
1 t vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
In small mixing bowl, combine cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and chopped pecans. Stir in butter or margarine. Press mixture into bottom and up sides of springform pan. Bake at 350º for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, beat cream cheese, 1 c brown sugar, evap milk, flour, and 1 1/2 t vanilla. Add eggs; beat just till blended. Pour into baked crust. Bake at 350º for 50-55 minutes or till set. Cool in pan 30 minutes; loosen sides and remove rim of springform pan. Cool. Arrange pecan halves on top.
Chill-preferable overnight.
In saucepan, combine corn syrup, cornstarch, and the remaining 2 T brown sugar. Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla. Cool slightly. Spoon sauce over each serving.
