Ingredients:  
Crust: 1 1/4 c grahm cracker crumbs
1/4 c. melted butter
Filling:
1 (14 oz) pkg caramels
1 (5 oz) can evaporated milk
1 c chopped pecans, toasted
2 (8 oz) pkgs cream cheese, softened
1/2 c sugar
2 beaten eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 c semisweet choc chips, melted

Crust:
Combine crumbs and melted butter. Press in bottom and up sided of springform pan.
Bake 350º for 8 minutes. Cool.
Filling:
Combine caramels and mile in saucepan. Cook over med-low heat til melted. Pour over crust. Sprinkle toasted pecans over caramel. Beat cream cheese at high speed til light and fluffy. Gradually add sugar. Add eggs. Stir in vanilla and chocolate. Spoon over pecan layer.
Bake at 350º for 35 minutes. Turn off oven, crack oven door and leave in oven 1 hour. Remove and refrigerate at least 8 hours.
