Ingredients:  
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. crisco
1/2 c. mashed bananas
1 unbeaten egg
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. chopped walnuts
Frostings:
2 tbsp. soft margarine
1 tbsp. hot water
2 tsp. orange juice
1 c. confectioner's sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients together. Add crisco, bananas, egg and milk. Then add chopped nuts. Spread in greased 13x9x2 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. While bars are warm, frost.
