1 head lettuce
2 lg. boiled potatoes
2 hard boiled eggs
1-10 oz pkg. frozen peas
small red onion
seasoning salt



Dressing
1/4 cup oil
2 tbsp. vinigar
2 tbsp. mustard
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
seasoning salt

Directions:

Peel and chop the potatoes into bite sized pieces. Chop eggs and red onion. To thaw peas just run under cold water. Mix all vegetables adding a bit of seasoning salt with each layer. Make dressing and pour over the well mixed vegetables just before serving. Serve with tomato wedges.

I think this was a recipe given to Grandma Palmer by Huck Zellweger. His name is on my copy of the recipe. This is a very good salad. A bit of a surprise with the potatoes and all.
