2 lbs. sirloin tips (cut 1 to 2 inch cubes), 1 can cream mushroom soup, 1 can bouilion soup, 1 can sliced mushrooms, 1/2 c red wine, 1 clove garlic, 1 onion.
Directions:
Directions:
Salt & pepper to taste & flour meat cubes. Place in crock pot with all other ingredients. Cook on low heat 8 to 12 hrs., or high 5 to 6 hrs. Great over rice.
