1 c milk, scalded (heated then cooled)
3 T sugar
1 t salt
1/3 c oil
2 pkgs yeast
1 c warm water
5 to 5 3/4 c flour
1/4 c cinnamon
1/2 c sugar
1 c butter, softened

Icing
1 box powdered sugar
4 T melted butter
1 t vanilla
1 c half and half, milk or water

Directions:
Directions:
Compine salt and sugar in mixing bowl. Mix water and milk while still warm. Pour over salt and sugar. Add oil and yeast to mixture. Stir in flour. Cover and let rise. Roll out dough. Spread on butter, then sugar and cinnamon. Roll up and slice into 2 inch slices. Place in well-greased pan. Let rise. Bake at 350 degrees until brown. Make icing by mixing powdered sugar, melted butter and vanilla. Add liquid until desired consistency is reached and pour over hot rolls.
