Ingredients: 1 lb. bulk sausage
1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) shredded Monterrey Jack cheese
1 c. Hidden Ranch Valley Dressing
1 can (2 1/4 oz.) sliced ripe olives
1/2 c. chopped (fine) sweet red pepper
1 pkg. wonton wrappers
Crushed onion rings (in can)

Directions: |
Directions:Brown sausage and drain. In bowl combine sausage, cheeses, salad dressing, olives, pepper and mix well. Press wonton wrappers onto bottom of mini muffin tins that have been coated with non-stick cooking spray (Cut wrappers to fit if necessary). Bake 350 degrees for 5 min. or until golden brown. Remove cups and arrange on a baking dish fill with sausage mixture. Put on crushed onion rings and bake for 5 minutes more. |
