1 unbaked 9-inch deep dish pie shell
1 cup shredded swiss cheese
1 medium onion, chopped
1 cup chopped, cooked ham
1 can (12 ounces) evaporated milk
3 large eggs
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º Sprinkle 1/2 cup cheese, ham & onions into pie shell. Whisk together evaporated milk, eggs, flour, salt and pepper in large bowl. Pour mixture into pie shell. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Bake 45-50 minutes.
Cool on wire rack for 10 minutes.
