Chicken Parmesan Recipe

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Salt and pepper
1/2 cup Italian breadcrumbs
1 egg beaten
4 teaspoons butter (NOT margarine)
2 cups spaghetti sauce
4 slices mozzarella cheese (or shredded)
1 teaspoon grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken between 2 pieces of wax paper and pound with meat mallet until 1/4" thick. If pieces are too big, feel free to cut in half. Salt and pepper chicken to personal taste.
Dip Chicken in egg, and then bread crumbs.
Fry chick in melted butter in large skillet turning until each side is brown. About 10 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
Remove chicken from skillet. (leave drippings in skillet)
Add spaghetti sauce to skillet Heat sauce thoroughly. Put chicken back in skillet with sauce, place mozzarella on top of chicken. Sprinkle with Parmesan. Cove and cook until cheese is melted. Serve with side of spaghetti.
