3 cups Water
2 small Onions chopped
3 stalks Celery chopped
2 Carrots sliced
1 1-lb can Tomatoes
1 tsp Pepper
1 10-oz pkg Frozen Mix Veg.
1 lb.coorsley Ground Beef browned and drained
2 tablespoons Beef Base Granules
1/2 cup Butter
1/2 cup Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients except butter and flour in Crock-pot. Cover and cook on low 8 to 10 hours. One hour before serving, turn to high. Make a roux of l stick melted butter and 1/2 cup flour. Stir until smooth. Pour into Crock-pot and stir until thickened. Cook soup on high until thickened.
