Broccoli, fresh or frozen (thawed)
4 chicken breasts
2 16oz cans of cream of chicken and broccoli soup
4 tablespoons mayonaise
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 cups cheddar cheese
1 cup velveta cubed or shredded

Preheat Oven to 375º

Clean and season chicken breasts
Boil chicken in lightly salted/seasoned water until cooked through. Remove from water, dice into bite sized pieces when cool enough to handle and set aside.

Water may be used to cook broccoli until fork tender or as directed on package. Do not overcook.

In a medium bowl, stir together chicken soup, mayonaise, lemon juice until well combined.

In a 13X9 casserole dish, place diced chicken, layer with broccoli and soup mixture. Top with cheeses.

Cover with aluminum foil and cook until hot and bubbly (approximately 30 minutes). Remove foil (be careful not to remove cheese) and allow cheese to brown lightly.
